Hybrid
This is where our customers wish to retain some On Premise equipment – because of ‘belt and braces’ resiliency or connections to legacy third party analogue systems. Typically in this instance we virtualise the main applications for call control, and focus the on premise equipment solely on gateway functionality.
Private Cloud
This is where our customer has already made a significant investment in their own data centre technology. In this scenario BAU applications (email, CRM, HR etc) have usually been migrated from many physical servers to a more cost-effective, higher performing resilient virtual environment. 4net will work with the customer to use further resources within this environment to run UC / CC applications. We then use Agile Cloud to centralise all Enterprise’s trunks for simplicity and further cost savings.
Hosted
This is where we protect our customer’s investments by virtualising all their many existing hardware telephony appliances – hosting them in one of our data centres. We then provide managed, private connections to our customers (regardless of location) with ease. Once the applications are hosted in our DC it is a very simple and cost effective procedure for us to connect all customer sites into Agile Cloud and provision the requisite amount of SIP channels over our existing high bandwidths links.
UCaaS / CCaaS
We provide Unified Communications / Contact Centre as a Service from our Agile Cloud data centres and network. Customers simply pay for the applications they consume, per user, on a monthly basis.
